The spacious bathroom had a powerful shower that was refreshing after a long day. The room size offered plenty of space for our family to relax during our stay.

The room felt quite dated and cleanliness was not up to my expectations.

I recently stayed in a lovely room with a beautiful garden view and appreciated how easy it was to explore local landmarks like Diss Mere and the Diss Museum, both just a short walk away from the hotel, making it perfect for leisurely city strolls. as a single traveler, I was particularly happy with the comfortable bed and clean room, which have been consistent staples during my visits.

I had a lovely stay in a Standard King Room, where the bed was incredibly comfortable and the air conditioning worked silently, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, adding to the pleasant atmosphere. Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of tasty options available. A possible area for improvement would be to offer a wider variety of drinks during dinner.
